As we celebrate 30 years of the Conway Regional Health Foundation, we are proud to recognize the students whose lives and careers have been impacted through scholarship support!

Kendra Pascoe received the Dot Welch Endowment Scholarship in 2024 while pursuing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Central Arkansas. Since graduating, she has become a licensed physical therapist serving patients in central Arkansas, helping them regain their strength, mobility, and independence.

Scholarships made possible through the Conway Regional Health Foundation help reduce financial barriers for future healthcare professionals and support the next generation of caregivers who will serve communities across Arkansas for years to come.

The Benevolence Fund supports Conway Regional employees during unexpected hardships, providing timely assistance and reassurance that no one faces difficult moments alone. In 2025, 28 employees received $14,644 in support. Funded through the generosity of fellow employees, it reflects a culture of compassion that cares for those who dedicate their lives to serving others.
