Quiet the body and mind and marinate in shapes that provide the opportunity for improving body and mind awareness and release of tight fascial tissues..

FUNCTIONAL YOGA
In this class we will explore how practicing yoga can improve strength and flexibility on your mat, as well as move well in life off the mat. We will explore movements that help us get off the floor, maintain balance, and improve joint mobility for functional activities. This practice will meet you where you are, no expectations or judgements.

Gentle movement to mobilize and strengthen the muscles and then settling into longer held poses to lubricate and invigorate the deeper fascial tissues.
