Our offices will operate on Monday, but our providers are currently confirming their plans, which include telehealth options. If you have an upcoming appointment, please consult the patient portal and/or your voicemail/email for specific guidance from your provider. Should you choose to visit in person, please be mindful of your surroundings and do not hesitate to request a virtual appointment if that would be safer for you. Your safety remains our primary concern!
