Her preferred leisure activity is spending time with her husband or restoring energy through naps. Unknown to many, Kassey serves as a youth leader at her church, a role that highlights her commitment to mentorship and community involvement.

For Liz, the most rewarding part of working in the chiropractic field is that it has taught her crucial lessons about self care and bodily maintenance. In her free time, she enjoys reading outdoors and baking. If given the opportunity to travel anywhere in the world, she would like to visit the Auschwitz concentration camp located in Brzezinka, Poland.
