I am retiring from postpartum support. I am excited to write about postpartum planning and processing birth experiences.

Our wonderful Postpartum, Grammie Doula, Laura is retiring from postpartum doula work! We know our local families will miss her in this capacity.
Laura will continue to help new moms with postpartum planning, and talking about their birth experiences (and she will be listed on our website as doing such).

Postpartum support :

looks like a grandmother tending to you with deep, instinctive care — the kind that wraps both you and your baby in comfort.

it’s being nourished with bone broth, healing foods, and wholesome meals prepared for you so your only job is to rest, recover, and bond with your newborn.

it’s the feeling of being held, fed, and supported while your body and spirit rebuild.

Baking today. Trying a new recipe for my postpartum family. I made two loaves of pumpkin bread and I grew the pumpkin!
