💜Happens all the time… sometimes within minutes…sometimes halfway through….sometimes at the very end of the session …. and sometimes not at all … but drifting off to sleep is a common occurrence here on the table…

💜Everyone is different… and sometimes it takes a while for the mind to stop wandering in order to allow the body to fully settle in and relax… some people literally conk out within minutes…and others it takes a few sessions to get comfortable and to feel ok with not being on alert at all times …

💜 And isn’t it a beautiful thing - to be on a journey of wellness… relaxation… a place of calm in your life - even if it’s just for an hour or so … sometimes that’s all you need…and what a difference that can make… we all need moments like this in our lives….
