Just returned from another week of school in the mountains, the Goldenrod was everywhere!

Goldenrod will be the star of our upcoming event, The Listening Garden with Melonie's Art of Wellness . This plant essence is great for helping to maintain personal boundaries and stand firm in your personal truth. It resonates with the solar and throat chakras, bringing clarity and dissolving the fears of being seen. It can also help if you are facing creativity fatigue, helping to reignite inspiration and passion!

Today was orientation for my 4 year journey to receive my Masters in Acupuncture 🙏☯️
Acupuncture has helped and inspired me so much over the years on my journey to balance. I'm overwhelmed with gratitude that I now get to learn this medicine myself. Feels like the start of a life long passion!

I will still continue my massage practice as it is, but I'll be stepping away more often for my schooling and growing my circle to include other healers and therapist. If you like to keep appointments regularly with me, I encourage you to reserve the spot in advance so you don't miss your preferred days/ times.

I appreciate all the continued support as Aligned Wellness grows and changes and I look forward to cultivating healing spaces along side this wonderful community for years to come!
