Join Dr. Laura for weekly Soma Yoga sessions every Tuesday evening, or experience one of our Integrated Yoga + Sound Bath events designed to help you move, breathe, and unwind. We're also excited to offer a special Sound Bath with Brittney to help you relax, reset, and recharge.
