Located in C**n Rapids, MN, we provide 24-hour personalized care and support for adults (18+) with mental or physical disabilities. Our compassionate, certified staff develop individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s unique needs.
Our home offers three spacious bedrooms, a wheelchair-accessible bathroom, and a safe, family-like environment where residents feel valued and cared for. We provide meals, laundry services, medication administration, assistance with personal care, medical appointments, and more, all customized to each client’s needs.
We proudly serve individuals receiving CADI, DD,BI, and EW waivers, promoting dignity, comfort, and independence in every aspect of daily living.
