Recovery is not a luxury. It is an essential part of every wellness practice.

Our Casa D Hot Yoga teaching team had the opportunity to experience an incredible recovery session at HealthPod, exploring therapies designed to help the body restore, recharge, and perform at its best.

As teachers, we spend so much time giving to others. Taking time to recover allows us to show up with more energy, presence, and care for our community.
