23 years ago, I made one of the best decisions of my life… I quit smoking 🥳 🎉
At the time, I had been a massage therapist for about 9 years and was feeling completely burned out. I knew I needed a change, but I wasn’t sure what that would look like.
Around then, my dad had just quit smoking after 43 years using laser therapy. He was so impressed that it actually worked, he decided to start a business to help others do the same 😊
Seeing his experience was definitely encouraging for me. I was offered an opportunity to be part of the business if I would quit smoking aswell, and that opportunity is what led me to finally make the decision to quit for good 🚭
I wasn’t sure I could do it. Like so many people I treat today, I had tried before and felt stuck. But that time was different. The cravings didn’t control me anymore. I felt a sense of relief, not just physically but mentally. I could breathe easier, think clearer, and finally feel free.
That moment didn’t just change my health, it changed my entire path 🙌
Today, helping people quit smoking is not just what I do, it's personal. I know how hard it feels, and I know how life-changing it is when you finally break free.
