Oh boy, here we go!!! Remember when I was so happy to see 2 of my boys play on the same field for Tyler Daus’ last school ball year? I didn’t think it could get any better.
I was wrong!
Tomorrow at Doubleday Field it will be DAUS vs. DAUS.
I can only imagine the car ride home…please send wine 🍷

Guesses….will Cam throw the high fastball (Tyler hasn’t hit one all year) or his nasty 2 seam… ⚾️

Working from home has sure been an adjustment! I’ve always taken a working lunch break. Working from home I told myself I could make my lunch. Well, I haven’t taken the time to make my lunch during the work day and I’m not great at setting boundaries for myself. Even if I set a timer to take a lunch I would just keep on working, skip lunch then eat everything in sight before running the kids to their destinations after school.

So, today back to what I know works, meal prep! Then at least I know I can still have lunch while I work.

The menu:
Air fried parmesan artichoke hearts
Parmesan cauli-crust quiche
Sheet pan salmon, Brussels sprouts & butternut squash
Beer battered scallops w/ old bay lemon dip
Hawaiian pineapple shrimp

Chocolate muffins & carrot cake muffins for the kiddos who are already doing quality control by the looks of the missing muffin🤣
