Applications are now open for the NEASHC Mini-Grant program!

The Northeast Ag Safety and Health Coalition (NEASHC) aims to support the development of outreach projects that promote agricultural health and safety across the Northeast. Past projects that have been funded by the mini grant program include health screenings, farm safety day, designing an ag safety demonstration, and more.

April 28 is internationally recognized as Workers' Memorial Day. Each year on this day, the world honors the memory of friends, family, and colleagues who have lost their lives while on the job.

Agriculture, forestry, and fishing have long been three of the most dangerous industries in the United States. The Northeast Center and NYCAMH work year-round to support workers in these industries in their right to a safe working environment, because we believe everyone deserves the chance to make a living without occupational risk.

With the publication of our annual fatality report, we recognize that each person represented is a tragic loss. We honor their memory in our mission to prevent future fatalities, injuries, and illnesses.
