It was an excellent visit. We were greeted warmly upon entering and given clear directions on the paperwork needing to be completed. The entire office was very clean and a comfortable temperature, not freezing. The lady that assisted me before seeing the doctor was very professional and thorough but very kind. I noticed that her tone of voice was even welcoming and relaxing!!! Her directions were easily understood allowing ease in following. The doctor was warm and pleasant as she gave me the exam and directed me to the next doctor that I need to see. She even stated that she would initiate the first call to facilitate my getting an earlier appointment. She explained about insurance billing for that day versus paying out of pocket since my exam had to be completed after seeing the other physician. Our receipt was given and we were again thanked for using their office. I left feeling good, thinking, I'm finally getting help with my problem and it was easy, pleasantly done. And, oh yes, the contact to the other doctor was also done promptly. I received an email with that appointment date the same day!!! It was a wonderful experience for myself and my daughter who was with me. Thank you very much. I look forward to returning!!!
