If your skin hurts, this one is for you.
Not the occasional breakout. I mean the skin that stings when you wash it. That flushes in the car on the way home. That reacts to the serum everyone else swears by, so you have a drawer full of products you paid for and cannot use. Skin that is calm for four days and then, with no warning, is not.
I lived there. Rosacea, a barrier so reactive I could barely tolerate anything, cystic acne along my jawline, puffiness and redness that made me look inflamed even on the days I felt good. The advice I kept getting was to do more, go harder, strip it down. Every time I did, it set me back.
What actually changed my skin was correction that never bullied it. Leah treats mine as a barrier that needs to be rebuilt first, then supported, then stimulated. Never all at once, and never faster than my skin can hold. Calming and correcting in the same visit, sequenced so nothing I gain gets undone the following week.
That is the whole philosophy here. Skin like ours does not need to be attacked. It needs to be understood, mapped, and treated in an order that respects what it can tolerate today, not what a protocol says it should tolerate.
You can have stable skin. It is not too far gone, and you are not too sensitive to be treated. You have just been treated too aggressively.
