A Plump Room Halloween. No costume required, just a laser day and a face off buddy.

I have been wanting to do this for so long. Bianca and I made a day of it and got in the chair ourselves.

I had Contour TRL for fully ablative resurfacing of my upper and lower lids to address skin laxity, plus Tribrid to the full face and neck for texture and collagen remodeling.

Bianca had Tribrid layered with ProFractional for deep pitted acne scarring and texture, with collagen remodeling underneath it all.

Both treatments were done by @[Roxy’s handle], truly the best of the best. An amazing experience hands down, and I learned so much. Going through it yourself changes how you prepare patients, how you plan around downtime, and how you talk about healing.

Everyone is going to say “the lips.” That was the last thing we did.

Look at the lower third before you look at the lips. The chin was recessed, so the whole bottom of the face read shorter than it was. There was a shadow along the jaw pulling everything down. The bottom lip was fuller on one side than the other, and the top lip had lost its border, which is why it read flat even though the volume was already there.

So we mapped it in order. Chin recontoured first to give the lower third a foundation. Shadows reduced so light travels down the face instead of stopping. Then the lip, treated for symmetry and lip line before a single drop went toward size. Bottom lip balanced. Top lip recontoured. Lip line smoothed.

That is why the after does not read as “she got her lips done.” It reads as her face finally agreeing with itself. Same features. Better architecture.

This is what happens when you map before you treat. It is the whole reason a face card exists here. Every patient gets one, and it is the difference between buying a syringe and building a plan.
