A new chapter begins.

After years of having the privilege of supporting individuals through virtual therapy across multiple states, I am honored to share that beginning in July 2026, I will once again be welcoming clients for in-person psychotherapy sessions in a thoughtfully designed space in the heart of Coral Gables.

Created with intention, warmth, and nervous system regulation in mind, this space was designed to support healing, connection, and meaningful therapeutic work.

Appointments will open soon, and I look forward to sharing more details in the coming weeks.

Something meaningful has been unfolding behind the scenes.

For months, I've been pouring my heart into a vision that is deeply aligned with my mission, my values, and my passion for helping others heal, grow, and thrive.

The journey has required courage, patience, faith, and countless hours of work. Soon, I'll be ready to share what I've been creating.

🎉✨ FINALLY CERTIFIED! ✨🎉

After 3 long years of training, studying, and practicing... I'm officially an EMDRIA Certified Therapist™!

This journey taught me so much about patience, persistence, and the incredible power of healing. I've been doing EMDR with my clients throughout this process, but having that official certification feels like such a victory!

EMDR has changed so many lives (including my own understanding of trauma recovery), and I'm honored to offer this evidence-based therapy to help people heal from their past and step into their strength.

Here's to new chapters, continued growth, and the amazing humans who trust me with their healing journeys!
