Our handsome gentleman, several months after Structural Rhinoplasty.

He presented with a significant nasal ↩️deviation, limited septal cartilage, and a dorsal hump.

Due to the complexity, we used donor rib cartilage as a donor graft along with septal cartilage to create grafts to rebuild and support the nose.

✔️Straightened the nose on frontal view
✔️Defined and supported the weak nasal tip
✔️Reduced the dorsal hump while maintaining strong masculine features
✔️Created a natural, harmonious result that enhances his overall appearance without looking “done”

This case highlights the importance of individualized structural techniques, especially in men, where preserving ethnic and gender-appropriate characteristics is key.

Sometimes, a beautiful result comes from doing ONLY what is needed.

This lovely patient is 🗓️5 months post-op: Deep Plane Facelift and look at the transformation!

Her midface is beautifully elevated and supported, the lower face tightened, and her jawline and neck sculpted to perfection.

No overdone look, just refreshed, natural elegance. We’re both thrilled with how youthful and like-herself she appears.

🤔So when do we add ancillary procedures for balanced facial rejuvenation? Only when truly indicated, never routinely.

-Heavy or full necks often benefit from submandibular salivary gland reduction and deep neck sculpting for a sharper contour.

-Descended brows or significant excess neck skin/laxity? A brow lift improves the aging upper face by repositioning the brows and helps continue that vertical lift, smoothing skin redraping along the temple area. Not doing a brow in a patient with significant neck skin laxity limits the vertical elevation of the lower face.

-Hooded or puffy lower eyelids? Blepharoplasty as needed.

-Volume loss in cheeks/temples/marrionette lines/pre-jowl sulcus/deflated earlobes or other areas? Strategic facial fat transfer for harmonious fullness.

The goal is always harmony and longevity without unnecessary steps. Deep plane technique often delivers impressive results on its own, as seen here.

Our beautiful patient is absolutely radiant after her Deep Plane Facelift combined with a Deep Neck Lift and 👌🏻strategic Micro-Fat Grafting.

Like so many women her age, she felt bothered by sagging cheeks that had lost their youthful position, jowls that widened her lower face, and a heavy, undefined neck. These changes were shifting her once heart-shaped face toward a more bottom-heavy appearance.

We addressed this comprehensively with a ⤴️vertical Deep Plane Facelift: releasing and repositioning the deeper facial tissues to naturally lift and restore the midface, sharpen the jawline, and eliminate jowls, creating that elegant, heart-shaped contour again.

The deep structural Neck Lift sculpted the platysma and deeper tissues for a smooth, refined neck without that pulled look.

To finish, we added delicate 👌🏻sprinkles of her own fat to enhance volume, improve skin quality, and add a soft, natural glow.

Both she and I are thrilled with how refreshed and completely herself she looks - not overdone, just beautifully rejuvenated.

Thrilled to share our beautiful patient’s journey at 🗓️3 MONTHS post-op: Hybrid Structural-Preservation Rhinoplasty.

Using dorsal ‘Preservation’ techniques for the bridge, we gently reduced her dorsal hump while maintaining natural dorsal lines and structure for a smooth, harmonious result.

For the tip, ‘Structural’ Rhinoplasty principles were used to refine, support, and define it, ensuring long-term stability, projection, and function.

The result is the best of both worlds: natural dorsal flow with strong, predictable tip definition. She’s already loving the early changes, and so are we.

🩹Healing note: While most swelling improves in the first few months, subtle refinement (especially in the tip) continues for up to a year.

We’re thrilled with her progress and excited to see an even more refined outcome at the 1 year mark.

🗓️3 Months after an Extended Deep Plane Facelift and a Deep Necklift.

The Deep Necklift works by removing the deep neck volume which consist of her glands and some excess muscle. This allows the skin to re-drape in a nice and contoured fashion.✔️

This procedure is not about looking pulled or done, it’s about rejuvenation. It’s about looking soft and gentle and not harsh.
