Our beautiful patient is absolutely radiant after her Deep Plane Facelift combined with a Deep Neck Lift and 👌🏻strategic Micro-Fat Grafting.
Like so many women her age, she felt bothered by sagging cheeks that had lost their youthful position, jowls that widened her lower face, and a heavy, undefined neck. These changes were shifting her once heart-shaped face toward a more bottom-heavy appearance.
We addressed this comprehensively with a ⤴️vertical Deep Plane Facelift: releasing and repositioning the deeper facial tissues to naturally lift and restore the midface, sharpen the jawline, and eliminate jowls, creating that elegant, heart-shaped contour again.
The deep structural Neck Lift sculpted the platysma and deeper tissues for a smooth, refined neck without that pulled look.
To finish, we added delicate 👌🏻sprinkles of her own fat to enhance volume, improve skin quality, and add a soft, natural glow.
