The rejuvenation is striking✨… yet she still looks soft, natural, and radiant.

Our gorgeous patient after a ✔️Deep Plane Facelift and ✔️Neck Lift.

Notice the long eyelid-cheek junction before surgery (more pronounced on the right) which was substantially improved by elevating the midface.

The jowls have been lifted. These changes come from vertical elevation, not fat grafting.

The neck has been cleaned and tightened through deep neck work, carefully sculpting the salivary glands and deeper structures.

Our beautiful patient, Susan, 🗓️3 Months after her Revision Deep Plane Facelift.

She had undergone a previous SMAS Lift elsewhere that placed excessive tension on the fixed SMAS layer while pulling the skin tightly.

Her previous SMAS Lift unfortunately led to visible scarring, ear deformities, and persistent laxity in the submentum and jowls.

Revision cases like this are particularly challenging because the prior skin shortage around the ears limits vertical repositioning of the deep plane flap.

Achieving a natural, harmonious result requires precise technique, careful tissue handling, and a deep understanding of facial anatomy.

I am so grateful to her for trusting us with her journey, allowing us to showcase her result, and sharing such kind words!

Immediately after: Hybrid Rhinoplasty✔️

For this patient, a ‘Hybrid’ approach was taken:

1️⃣Preservation Rhinoplasty techniques were used to reduce the large nasal hump.

2️⃣Structural Rhinoplasty techniques were used to rotate, define and support the nasal tip.

Her result will continue to improve and define over the next 🗓️10 months.

We are both delighted with her beautiful result. Her nose is feminine and elegant.

Our handsome gentleman, several months after Structural Rhinoplasty.

He presented with a significant nasal ↩️deviation, limited septal cartilage, and a dorsal hump.

Due to the complexity, we used donor rib cartilage as a donor graft along with septal cartilage to create grafts to rebuild and support the nose.

✔️Straightened the nose on frontal view
✔️Defined and supported the weak nasal tip
✔️Reduced the dorsal hump while maintaining strong masculine features
✔️Created a natural, harmonious result that enhances his overall appearance without looking “done”

This case highlights the importance of individualized structural techniques, especially in men, where preserving ethnic and gender-appropriate characteristics is key.

Sometimes, a beautiful result comes from doing ONLY what is needed.

This lovely patient is 🗓️5 months post-op: Deep Plane Facelift and look at the transformation!

Her midface is beautifully elevated and supported, the lower face tightened, and her jawline and neck sculpted to perfection.

No overdone look, just refreshed, natural elegance. We’re both thrilled with how youthful and like-herself she appears.

🤔So when do we add ancillary procedures for balanced facial rejuvenation? Only when truly indicated, never routinely.

-Heavy or full necks often benefit from submandibular salivary gland reduction and deep neck sculpting for a sharper contour.

-Descended brows or significant excess neck skin/laxity? A brow lift improves the aging upper face by repositioning the brows and helps continue that vertical lift, smoothing skin redraping along the temple area. Not doing a brow in a patient with significant neck skin laxity limits the vertical elevation of the lower face.

-Hooded or puffy lower eyelids? Blepharoplasty as needed.

-Volume loss in cheeks/temples/marrionette lines/pre-jowl sulcus/deflated earlobes or other areas? Strategic facial fat transfer for harmonious fullness.

The goal is always harmony and longevity without unnecessary steps. Deep plane technique often delivers impressive results on its own, as seen here.
