September arrives and suddenly everything has a schedule again.

The kids are back in school. Work picks back up. The lazy summer mornings disappear overnight.

And somewhere in the middle of all that transition, couples forget to check in with each other.

Back to school is a reset for the whole family. Make sure your relationship is part of that reset.

P.S. Set a 10-minute check-in with your partner this week. No phones, no agenda. Just ask, how are you actually doing?

We spend so much of our lives working hard for the people we love.

Today is a good reminder to also work on being present with them.

Happy Labor Day!

Not every relationship program feels relevant to every couple.

One couple recently shared that the activities, videos, and tools in OurRelationship felt approachable and relevant to their relationship.
Through the program, they found new ways to communicate, rebuild trust, and strengthen their connection.

Closer than they’d been in years.

Better communication doesn't happen by accident.

It happens when two people commit to going deeper than the surface. One couple did exactly that and walked away with stronger communication and a coach they genuinely connected with.

That's the whole point. We're always happy hearing stories like this.

When people hear the word "coach," they often picture something very different than what we offer.

OurRelationship coaching isn't traditional therapy.

It's four structured 20-minute sessions by phone or Zoom scheduled when it's convenient for you, including evenings and weekends.

Your coach helps you apply what you're learning in the program to your real relationship, offering guidance, accountability, and practical support every step of the way.

It's the bridge between learning new skills and creating lasting change together.

Online relationship programs aren't a replacement for high-quality couples therapy.

But for the majority of couples who will never walk into a therapist's office, they deliver meaningful, research-backed results across relationship functioning, individual wellbeing, and parenting.

Something is always better than nothing. Especially when that something is proven to work.

Healthy relationships don't just benefit couples.

They benefit workplaces, too.

Research shows that more than 80% of the measurable benefits from relationship support are tied directly to improved workplace productivity.

In fact, a recent peer-reviewed study found that every $1 invested in relationship support returned $6.60 in societal value, with employers seeing many of those benefits through improved employee well-being and performance.

Strong relationships create stronger workplaces.

The research continues to prove it.

As colleges and universities prepare for a new semester, faculty and staff are preparing for one of the busiest times of the year.

Long hours, increased stress, and packed schedules don't just affect employees at work, they follow them home.

Relationship challenges have a measurable impact on employee well-being, healthcare costs, absenteeism, and productivity.

Supporting relationship health isn't just another wellness initiative.

It's an investment in healthier employees, stronger teams, and better organizational outcomes.

Does your employee benefits package support relationships as well as physical health?
