Be Pilates We are a fully equiped Pilates Studio offering Private and group classes, Franklin Method, Reiki, Me Classes started on Monday February 10. All are welcome!

We moved from Coconut Grove to a spacious new studio in beautiful downtown Coral Gables. Our well-established fully equipped Pilates studio offers classical Pilates sessions and classes for all fitness levels and for all ages. We welcome beginners and experts. Our instructors are certified in many specialties including sports conditioning, rehabilitation, osteoporosis, scoliosis, pregnancy and pos

t partum. Now is the time to make Pilates part of your life! We offer Pilates private classes as well as small group equipment and mat classes (reformer, tower, wunda chair, spine corrector and Core Align). Call us for class schedule. In addition we have a cardio-room with tread mill, elliptical and bike equipment. Pilar will be offering Reiki, Meditation, Vision board workshops, and Life Coaching.
