August 31st is International Overdose Awareness Day!💜

Today, it’s important we remember the lives lost to overdose, as well as stand with those who are struggling with substance use.

Starting the conversation and increasing awareness to available resources are great ways to check in on those we care about!

Today is Mental Health Monday!

With one week until classes begin, many students are moving in, returning to campus, or preparing for a new semester. While this season can be exciting, it can also bring uncertainty and stress.

As you get everything else ready, don’t forget to take care of yourself too. Give yourself time to adjust, take breaks, and remember that asking for support is a sign of strength.

Wishing you all a smooth move-in week and a great start to the semester!

Today, we’re thinking about what fills your cup.

How will you take care of yourself this week? Whether it’s one of the ideas above or something completely different, taking even a few moments to prioritize yourself can make a difference.

Share in the comments how you’ll be filling your cup this week. We’d love to hear your ideas!

Wishing you a mentally healthy week.

Happy Mental Health Monday!

Today’s focus is reframing!

We often share activities like this at our events, but just because we are taking the summer off, doesn’t mean our mental health does!

Share your reframing in the comments, or like someone else’s reframing to show support!
