Walking again with a prosthesis is hands down one of the hardest things I've done. You take your balancing abilities for granted until you lose them. My therapists at FYZICAL were amazing though. Instead of giving me basic routines, they customized my training around what I wanted to achieve. They pushed me gently but made sure I was secure too. Thanks to their careful steps, I can walk confidently now. The place just oozes support and positivity too. Honestly, I'm doing way better than I ever imagined.”

I freaked out after some scary episodes of vertigo, eventually becoming afraid to even turn my head fast. Driving and exercising were out of the question too. My worry was through the roof. Thankfully, FYZICAL got to the bottom of it. They found the real cause and made a special plan for me. Everyone there was awesome; they were patient, super reassuring, and it really helped because I felt so fragile. I'm now confident again and living my life without constantly fearing falls. Really, if you suffer from any balance or dizziness problems, check out FYZICAL - you won't regret it.
