I have over 40 years of experience working with all age groups, both male and female. I treat a variety of problems including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, grief/loss, work-related issues, low self esteem, relationship issues, women's issues, parenting, eating disorders, substance abuse, anger management, stress, and trauma. Services are provided via a secure Telehealth video platform. This is a wonderful option allowing you to be seen from the privacy of your home, at your convenience, while still receiving the benefits of working with a skilled clinician. Whether this is your first time seeing a therapist or not, there is help and there is hope. You have within you the strength and ability to make changes in your life. I will help you identify strengths, see things differently, get past "stuck points," and eliminate barriers so that you can move forward. I will draw upon my experience to find whatever technique works best for you. In a positive and supportive atmosphere, we will work together to help you achieve your goals so you can live a more satisfying and fulfilling life. HOURS:

Studies show that online counseling (TeleHealth) is as beneficial as being seen in office, and reaches those who might otherwise not be able to receive services. I am able to provide online video-based psychotherapy for those (in Massachusetts and Florida) whose busy schedules make it difficult to be seen face-to-face. This is a wonderful option allowing you to be seen from the privacy of your home or during your lunch break at work, while still receiving the benefits of working with a skilled therapist.
