Training Off Season
There are many athletes who train without intensity and consistency during the off season; then decide 2 or 3 weeks before season to train like a maniac, thinking they're going to have mass gains. Wrong! Wrong! Wrong!
So train all year long, so you'll always be ready for your sport.
Do you want to have energy through the whole game or through only half of it? Do your cardio all year long!
