Your neck should be able to turn, look up, look down, and move side to side without stiffness, sharp pain, or that “stuck” feeling.
When turning your head feels limited or uncomfortable, it may be a sign of muscle tension, joint restriction, poor posture, or irritation that has been building over time.
This can show up during simple daily moments like driving, checking your blind spot, looking over your shoulder, working at your desk, or waking up with neck stiffness.
Limited neck motion should not be ignored, especially if it keeps coming back or starts causing headaches, shoulder tension, or pain that travels.
👉 If your neck feels stiff, restricted, or painful when turning, schedule an evaluation with Maan Chiropractic.
