Hi, I'm Melissa - Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher, Sound Healing practitioner, mother, wife, Nana and the heart behind Wild Earthflower Yoga & Healing. My journey into healing didn't begin in my youth - it began later in life, after raising a family, navigating life's joys and hardships, and realizing how deeply I needed space to rest, release, and reconnect with myself. I found that space on the mat..

.and in the quiet spaces in between. Now I hold that space for others. I'm a Yoga Alliance certified 200hr Yoga Teacher, trained in a blend of Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga. I specialize in creating gentle, inclusive classes that welcome ALL bodies, ages and level of experience. My practice is deeply intuitive and heart-led, combining movement, stillness, breath, and emotional healing. I'm also a Usui Reiki Master and Level 1 Sound Healing Practitioner - integrating subtle energy work and vibration into my classes and private sessions. My work supports not just the body, but the mind and spirit, helping you clear what no longer serves you and come home to who you really are. At Wild Earthflower Yoga & Healing, you are not asked to be perfect. You are invited to be present. This is a place where rest is sacred, softness is honored, and you are already whole. Last night during our Full Bloom Yin yoga journey through the Chakras we gently and curiously opened and cleared our throat chakra through breathwork, meditation, and gentle Yin yoga poses that allowed energy to flow more freely and openly. I just love this beautiful group of humans who come to class each week excited and curious. 💙✨
