For everyone asking to see before-and-after results and how children function without casts and without the RotaHugger, I’ve shared a video showing this child’s progress. She has been participating in the MTF Program for the past year and a half, and the video demonstrates her current level of function and independence without casts or external supports. Every child progresses differently, but this video provides an example of the long-term goals we work toward through alignment, strengthening, and active movement.

“Won’t they go back to the way they were once the casts come off?”
That is one of the most common questions we hear. This video shows one child’s journey from before treatment to the present, highlighting how alignment, strengthening, and active movement can help create meaningful functional changes over time.
