Hillcrest Health and Rehabilitation Center Hillcrest Health & Rehabilitation is a 120-bed, 24-hour nursing facility. We provide both short-term rehab and long-term care, as well as out-pt rehab.

Hillcrest Health and Rehabilitation Center originally opened our doors on September 4, 1973. Our home sits atop a beautiful hillside on seven plus acres, located only minutes from I-75 in Corbin, Kentucky. We are very proud to be a member of not only the Corbin community, but the entire Tri-County Area, which includes, Knox, Laurel and Whitley Counties. We welcome residents from the surrounding co

mmunities and beyond to come and visit us and see all that we have to offer. Our well-trained nursing staff is here 24 hours to provide the necessary care and services which your family member requires. We also offer pharmacy, laboratory and physician services on-site, as well as Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies. For long term or short term rehab needs, we are the home for you. If you have a loved one who needs more assistance than can safely be provided at home, we hope that you will come to Hillcrest and let us be your, "home away from home." Our mission ...

Some of the first cucumbers and green onions have been harvested from our residents’ garden! There’s something special about watching the fruits (and vegetables!) of your hard work grow. Our residents enjoy spending time tending their garden, and the excitement of harvesting their fresh produce makes it all worthwhile. We can’t wait to see what else this season brings! 🌞🍅🌻

🐠 Quick fish tank update! 🐠

Our residents are still loving the new fish tank! It has an automatic light and feeder, making it easy to care for while providing lots of enjoyment throughout the day.

The light comes on at 8:00AM and turns off at 8:00PM, and the fish are automatically fed at 11:30AM each day. One of our residents’ favorite things is gathering around to watch the fish swim up for feeding time!

It’s amazing how something so simple can bring so much joy, relaxation, and conversation to our residents. ❤️

A buffet awaited us, and our residents were ready! 🍽️ Our residents enjoyed a wonderful lunch at David’s Steak House. Some of their favorite comfort foods were on the menu, including fried catfish, chicken and dumplings, fried chicken, and bread pudding. Great food, good company, and lots of smiles made for a fantastic outing! ❤️😊
