Awake Yoga is where you will find information the yoga therapy components of my instruction, which are based on my certification as an yoga therapist through IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists), not derived my status as an E-RYT or RYT (R) with Yoga Alliance Registry.

Another CoVid Casualty

Dear Friends, it is with great sadness that I share the news that Awake Yoga will be giving up its space at 110 S Main Street at the end of its lease in September. With no real end to the pandemic in sight, and with being unable to have a full complement of students return to the space or make use of the video conferencing option, income has not been able to keep up with expenses. Our last classes will be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, September 15, 16, and 17th. Thank you all very much for embracing our program over the years and especially for staying with us through so much uncertainty during this past one. Namaste
