Have you ever had to say 🖕🏾 all this 💩! Because if you didn’t make time for yourself there wasn’t going to be a YOU left to succeed, or be there for others let alone yourself.

idk about you but mane these last few months have been a wild ride. So much to do, working off days to make up for off days, moving multiple rentals, life s**t, including the bullsht that hit like Memphis POTHOLES when you trying so hard to get it done. meanwhile time is on some gingerbread man s**t and I just could not seem to catch up.

But this week I said f**kit, I felt my body about to shut down, old pains flaring up and I had to say FK THE PROCESS I need a moment FOR ME! So I booked it. The healing I got last week was so well needed and I know the one i booked for this week is going to clear up this mental fog and give me the energy and clarity I need to push forward to & thru my next season 🥂

If you resonate I’m here for you. I heal others because I know what it’s like to show up for everyone else and leave yourself depleted. I Am here to offer the restoration you need. However, I switched Booking Platforms to make taking care of yourself now more affordable with Buy/Book Now & Pay Later options, because aye Splitting them payments into 4 or more helps cushion them blows from time to time
