Today’s spotlight shines on another one of our incredible providers, Brittany Carper, FNP-C!

As a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with 14 years of combined healthcare experience, Brittany is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients across the lifespan. Her clinical background includes emergency medicine, urgent care, primary care, orthopedics, and surgical care, giving her a well-rounded perspective on diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide variety of acute and chronic health conditions.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner degree from Walden University in 2020. Her goal is to build trusting relationships with patients by listening to their concerns, educating them about their health, and partnering with them to achieve their wellness goals.

Outside of her professional life, she is a proud wife to her husband, Noah, and a grateful mother of four wonderful children. She states “ My family inspires my passion for helping others and reinforces the importance of providing personalized, compassionate care to every patient I serve”.

Another wonderful provider we would love to spotlight is Marsha Mitchell, MSN, APRN, FNP-C!

She is a native of Corinth who has spent more than 25 years as a Registered Nurse with nearly four as a Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from NEMCC in 2001 before completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South University in 2008 while traveling the world and raising a family. She came back home to Corinth and chose to further her education as a Family Nurse Practitioner, earning a Master’s Degree from University of North Alabama in 2022.

Marsha brings a variety of knowledge and experience having worked in hospitals and clinics across the country and has an extensive background in cardiology. Providing quality patient-focused healthcare close to home, she believes that treating patients with kindness, respect and understanding is a crucial part of healing.

As someone raised with strong faith and family values, Marsha believes healthcare is more than treating illness. Caring for people during some of their most vulnerable moments is both a calling and a privilege. She has volunteered at free medical clinics, pregnancy resource centers and gone on medical missions abroad. Marsha is married to Kevin Mitchell. They have a blended family of 6 mostly grown children and two grandboys that they adore. Outside of work, Marsha enjoys spending time with family and friends, and travelling any chance that she gets.

Sarah is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and nearly five years as an NP, with a strong background in urgent care, emergency medicine, primary care, and pediatrics. She earned her degree from Mississippi University for Women, where she developed a solid foundation in patient-centered care. Sarah is passionate about serving her community by providing compassionate, efficient, and high-quality medical care to patients of all ages. When she is not providing quality care to patients, she is serving her community as president of Junior Auxiliary of Corinth. As a wife and mother of two boys, she understands the importance of accessible, trustworthy healthcare and is committed to helping families feel confident in their care.
