🏆 Congratulations to our Internal Medicine resident physicians on an outstanding achievement!

Dr. Somesh Singh, Dr. Michael Tefertiller, and Dr. Andrew Dosdos recently represented Magnolia Regional Health Center at the regional American College of Physicians (ACP) Doctor's Dilemma competition in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Competing against residency programs from across Mississippi and Alabama, Team Magnolia advanced to the second day of competition as one of only five teams to do so. They also earned the distinction of being the highest-advancing Mississippi team and will represent our state at the national Doctor's Dilemma competition next spring.

Their success reflects the dedication and knowledge of our resident physicians, the strength of our Internal Medicine Residency Program, and the exceptional attending physicians and faculty members who mentor them while providing outstanding care to our community.

Join us in congratulating these physicians on an incredible accomplishment!

June is Men’s Health Month 💙

This June, we’re encouraging men of all ages to make their health a priority.

Regular checkups, preventive screenings, and routine care can help detect potential health concerns early—often before symptoms appear. Whether it’s managing blood pressure, monitoring cholesterol, staying up to date on recommended screenings, or simply establishing care with a provider you trust, taking proactive steps today can lead to better health tomorrow.

At Magnolia Regional Health Center, our primary care providers are here to help you stay on track with your health goals through every stage of life. And when specialized care is needed, our specialty clinics offer access to a wide range of expert services close to home.

This Men’s Health Month, take time to invest in your health. Schedule your annual wellness visit, talk with your provider about recommended screenings, and encourage the men in your life to do the same.

Your health matters. Your future matters. Start with a checkup.

🎓 Celebrating Our GME Graduates 🎓

Last week, Magnolia Regional Health Center proudly recognized our graduating physicians during our Graduate Medical Education graduation ceremony. Our Internal Medicine residents, Emergency Medicine residents, and Cardiology fellows have spent the last several years caring for patients, supporting their colleagues, and making a meaningful impact throughout our community. Their dedication, compassion, and commitment to excellence have touched countless lives both inside and outside the hospital.

We are incredibly grateful for everything they have contributed during their time at Magnolia Regional Health Center. As they prepare to complete their training and begin the next chapter of their careers, we wish them continued success and fulfillment in the years ahead.
