A drill is only as effective as the intent behind it.
Short, high-intensity bouts can challenge acceleration, deceleration, and explosive changes of direction. Extend the duration and adjust the work-to-rest ratio, and the same drill becomes a conditioning tool.
During late-stage rehabilitation, it also gives athletes-controlled exposure to reactive movement, spatial awareness, and competitive decision-making.
Same drill. Different intent. Different adaptation.
At Architech Sports & Physical Therapy, we don’t just help athletes return to activity—we prepare them to return to sport.
