Super excited about a new season of FULL MOON GATHERINGS @ the Willow Center in Cornelius!

The next one is Friday, August 28, from 7-815pm🌕

Would love for you to join us, link is in bio!💚

For generations, people have gathered beneath the full moon to mark the passage of time, tend the Earth, share ceremony, and remember their relationship with the rhythms of the natural world.

Each month, we will come together in community and join in this ancient rhythm of remembrance and reflection. Throughout the year, each moon and season carries its own energy, invitations, and gifts. During our time together, you will be invited into somatic practices, nature-based therapeutic practices, ceremony, reflection, and space for connection.

Our time together will be anchored in connection and designed to be restorative to the nervous system, support embodied presence, enhance intuition, and deepen connection with Self, community, and the Earth.

All are welcome in this circle.

Thank you Gatherwell-LKN for the help and inspiration for this new season of gatherings!

Dandelions are magical, and every part is a gift.

From the deep roots that nourish your liver and stimulate bile flow, to the mineral-packed leaves that gift your body vitamins A, C, and K…and the golden flowers bursting with antioxidants for wines, cordials, and fresh eating. Even the hollow stem makes a perfect little straw.

This time of year, before the summer sun deepens their bitterness, harvest those early spring greens. They’re a bitter tonic: stimulating digestion, bile production, and the eliminative processes your body needs after winter’s heavier foods. This is exactly what a Western diet, so stripped of bitter flavors, is missing.

Even gazing across a field full of dandelions can lift your spirits, golden drops of sunshine, kissing the ground. ☀️

With gratitude and reverence, delight in all parts of the dandelion (Taraxacum officinale). She will support your body, your digestion, and your spirit through this beautiful seasonal transition. 🌿

This amazing mama was making her way back to the ocean at daybreak here in Nosara, Costa Rica. Words feel too small for the sacredness of this moment. A few of my retreat early risers and I stood in silence, completely in awe.

After laying her eggs, the struggle and exhaustion were etched into every movement as she made her way back to mama ocean.

Here’s to all the mamas, in every form… giving everything they have.

What a blessing it was to get to experience this is the kind of wild grace.

January Full Moon Gathering · Light Returning

Sunday, January 4 | 7:00–8:00pm
@ The Willow Center · Cornelius, NC

Beneath January’s full moon, we gather to sense the light returning while still being held by the darkness.

This is a meditative evening of attunement to the wisdom that winter holds. While sensing where light is beginning to stir within.

Join us around the fire as we settle into the wisdom of the land and body through somatic & Nature practices, guided meditation, and ceremony. We will align with the subtle rhythms of the season: stillness, shadows, and seeds of new potential.

This gathering is an invitation to be held by community, to listen inwardly and outwardly, and be held by the darkness and the hope of light returning.

Hope to see you there!
