For Children - Teens
We offer 1-hour and as short as 30 minute sessions. It’s very important to bring self-help technique and awareness through this time to Children because technology, a biggy, is robbing their body’s postures and health. Massage w Cara Sherman, creates a very comfortable and friendly visit and has an easy way of speaking with children and teens with her warmth and caring self. C

ara has been working with young patients for over 15 years but in the past two years, more children are coming in the office , sad but true , BUT, we all see and feel improvement in their daily life activities. Note: Guardian is required to escort Child/Client to the actual massage studio for the first 4 appointments under 16 years old. Parent or guardian is required to be within 20 feet when child/client being treated is 13 years or younger. Parent is always welcomed to be in the massage studio during treatment time if wanted .
