It is part of the Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month and aims to raise awareness of the risks and symptoms of the disease, share survivor stories, and fundraise for research.

Common Symptoms:
🔹Abdominal or Back Pain:
➡Pain in the upper abdomen that may radiate to the back.
🔹Jaundice:
➡Yellowing of the skin and the whites of the eyes, caused by a blocked bile duct.
🔹Unexplained Weight Loss and Loss of Appetite:
➡Not having the desire to eat, leading to weight loss.
🔹Nausea and Vomiting:
➡Feeling sick or throwing up, especially after eating.
🔹Changes in Stool:
➡Stools that are pale, oily, large, foul-smelling, and float.
🔹Dark Urine:
➡Urine that appears dark yellow or brown.
🔹New-Onset Diabetes:
➡The development of diabetes, particularly if you have other symptoms like new thirst or frequent urination.

Here is How Physical Therapy Helps:
1. Manage side effects like common issues of fatigue, pain and shortness of breath through targeted exercises and techniques.
2. Improve physical function like balance, strength, and range of motion (especially after surgery).
3. Combats muscle loss by helping build lean body mass through exercises, which is critical as cancer can cause muscle and fat breakdown.
