A special shoutout to Texas A&M AgriLife Extension's Diabetes Education Program for helping us empower patients with the knowledge and tools they need to better manage their health. 💙

Through this valuable partnership, patients receive education on understanding diabetes, monitoring blood glucose, proper nutrition, physical activity, medications, goal setting, and stress management. Classes are offered in both English and Spanish, ensuring more members of our community have access to life-changing health education.
