Today, we raise awareness about lung cancer—the leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide—and remind our community that early detection can save lives.

While smoking is the biggest risk factor, anyone can develop lung cancer, including people who have never smoked. Other risk factors include exposure to secondhand smoke, radon, asbestos, air pollution, and family history.

Know the warning signs:
