If there’s one thing NOW Power Yoga knows how to do… it’s party 🪩✨

Happy birthday to our inspiration, leader, teacher, YOGA BADDIE and the heart behind so much of what makes NOW so special, Marcela!!!

Every day, your light shines so so so bright! You inspire every single person who walks through the doors, not only through your teaching, but through the way you lead, dream big, bring people together, and make everything more fun along the way!

We are so beyond proud of you and everything you’ve built, the community you’ve created, and all the growth that continues to happen around you. Watching your vision come to life has been so special, and we know this next chapter is going to be your best one yet!

Cheers to more growth, more magic, more dancing, and a LOT more celebrating! Keep dancing through life (and all of your classes!) We love you endlessly! Happy birthday Yoga Baddie!!! 🎂🕺🪩🧚‍♀️🩷✨🦄

To each and every one of you who showed up Sunday, thank you from the bottom of my heart. 🤍

Our hearts are connected to the people of Colombia, who just experienced a devastating 7.4-magnitude earthquake. Thousands of homes collapsed. So many lives were lost. So many others were left without a place to call home.

In the midst of such tragedy, something beautiful emerged, people like you, coming together with open hearts to remind those who are suffering that they are not alone.
Every act of kindness, no matter how small, carries light and hope to someone who may need it more than we know.

Because yoga teaches us to pause, to breathe, and to honor the connection between all of us
May we hold them in our hearts.

May their families feel surrounded by love and strength.
And may the energy we created together become a small light of hope for everyone who is suffering. 🇨🇴🙏
