Simple Touch Therapeutics, owned by Kristin Weber, offers a variety of methods designed to help regulate the nervous system and release stress, tension, and trauma from the body. Kristin is a Certified TRE® Provider , Biofield Tuning Practitioner, and Licensed Massage Therapist. She is no longer taking new massage clients but is gladly accepting new clients for TRE or Biofield Tuning.

TRE® (Te

nsion & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a set of 7 simple exercises designed to gently fatigue or stretch specific muscle groups of the body in such a way as to activate our body's natural and gentle tremoring mechanism in order to release stress, tension, and trauma stored in the body. TRE® helps bring our nervous system back into a state of balance, leaves us feeling more calm and relaxed, and helps release deep patterns of muscle tension. Just a few of the many benefits of TRE® may include improved sleep, mood, and digestion, decreased stress and anxiety, and reduced muscle aches and pains.

Biofield Tuning is a method of sound healing and energy work using the sound and vibration of tuning forks on and around the body. It uses the pure frequencies of tuning forks to detect and correct distortions and imbalances within the biomagnetic energy field (or biofield) that surrounds the human body. Biofield Tuning assists the body and mind to relax out of habitual patterns of tension, imbalance and stress response, and in so doing, facilitates self-healing. It is gentle, noninvasive, simple and efficient. It has been shown to be beneficial for a wide range of symptoms, including stress, anxiety, depression, overwhelm, pain, digestive disorders, emotional discord and more.

In honor of Mother’s Day and the many ways women hold, support, and care for others, I’ve been inspired to gift one free Biofield Tuning session to a deserving woman each month this summer. (You don’t need to be a mom to enter.)

This is a gentle energy and sound healing session using the vibration and frequency of tuning forks to help guide your system back to balance, back to clarity, back to yourself.

Caring for your nervous system can be as simple as breathing. Take a full breath in and a long full exhale out. A little bit slower and deeper than usual. Sigh on the exhale, make some noise, moan and groan and growl if you want to. Repeat for 1-2 minutes and notice how you feel. You are loved. 💛
