I had to step away from my brain to post this, because yes we are our own worst critiques. The little voice in the back of my head that says "well, you don't *look* like a fitness studio owner " can S**U.

You will never hear me body shame in this studio. We move our bodies because we respect them and we refuse to take our mobility for granted.

Anyways.

I have been wanting a liforme yoga mat for YEARS!!! Thank you to my best friend for gifting me this beautiful mat.

A new mat in a new space to alchemize the pain, frustration, and processing into light, movement, and joy.

After months of dreaming, planning, building, and believing, the doors are opening. I am beyond excited to get back to teaching classes with fresh energy, a vibrant new space, expanded class times, and all the good vibes.

Just a reminder- tomorrow is the last day to join the Wild Hearts Club.

I've always loved walking through our little downtown, but today's walk was extra special.

Getting to introduce myself as a new business neighbor, meet fellow small business owners, and experience such a warm welcome reminded me just how lucky I am to be part of this community.
