After months of class time, clinicals, ride time, studying, and testing, these students have reached a milestone they've worked incredibly hard to achieve.

Graduation may mark the end of the program, but it's only the beginning of their journey as paramedics.

A huge congratulations to Brandon, Vanessa, and Calista for passing their Paramedic National Registry exams (on the first try!) and earning those hard-earned letters behind their names.

Long nights, early mornings, clinicals, ride time, studying until your brain hurts, and more determination than most people ever see. Passing on the first try is no small accomplishmentโ€”and these three absolutely earned it.

Weโ€™re incredibly proud of the hard work, grit, and dedication it took to get here.

One of the most important parts of what we do is communicationโ€”especially with our patients.

Thatโ€™s why weโ€™ve recently added ๐’๐ž๐ง๐ฌ๐จ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐š๐ ๐ฌ to every ambulance. Each bag includes sensory items and fidget toys, noise-canceling headphones, sunglasses, and writing tablets to help us better communicate and create a more comfortable environment for patients with autism, neurodivergence, sensory sensitivities, or communication challenges.

Medical emergencies can already feel overwhelming. Add lights, sirens, unfamiliar people, and chaosโ€”and it can become even more difficult.

We want our patients and families to know this: we will always do our best to meet people where they are, find a way to communicate, and make even the hardest moments feel a little less scary.
