2024 meta-analysis. 13 controlled trials. 824 adults. Anxiety dropped significantly and it held whether people got 3 sessions or 8.

Here’s what nobody says out loud: most of your anxiety isn’t living in the story you’re telling about it. It’s living in your body. That’s why you can understand exactly why you’re anxious and still feel it in your chest at 2am.

You’re not too much. You’re under regulated. There’s a difference.

I used to think my tight shoulders were a posture problem. Turns out they were a “carrying everyone else’s emotions since childhood” problem.

Your body keeps what you don’t process. Jaw, throat, chest, stomach, hips — swipe through, you’ll probably find yourself on one of these slides.

And no, you can’t think your way out. Your body has to feel safe before it lets anything go. That’s the work I do.
