Today we open The Remission Circle.

You waited months for the appointment. It lasted twelve minutes.

You brought a list and got through two things. Your labs came back and nobody explained them. You left with a prescription and no explanation of the other options. And the questions that actually matter arrived later β€” in the car, at 2 AM, in the 90 days between visits, with nowhere to go.

So you searched. Google, the AI, a forum, a group. Then someone very confident offered to find your "root cause" for thousands of dollars, with no trial behind it.

Meanwhile the inflammation keeps working. The most expensive part is never the money. It's the time.

That's why three physicians built this.

Dr. Diana Girnita, MD, PhD β€” rheumatologist and immunologist
Dr. Vishnuteja Devalla, MD β€” rheumatologist, gut and immune health
Dr. Mirela Titianu, MD β€” menopause, obesity and lifestyle medicine

More than 55 years of combined training. We practice medicine every day. We sell no supplements and promise no cures. We teach.

Nobody should pay for something they cannot picture. So here is a month inside The Remission Circle.

Two weeks ahead, we announce the topic. One topic a month, taught properly. September is who we are and where we are going. October is Dr. Titianu on food, movement and inflammation.

Then you send us your question. This is the part that makes it different β€” we do not write the session in advance. We build the hour from what members send in, which is why it does not sound like a lecture.

Then the live hour. About thirty minutes of teaching, then live Q&A, all three of us.

Between sessions: a written Q&A where you ask and a doctor replies, and a resource library that grows every week.

Every session is recorded. If you cannot make the hour, the replay is always there. Nothing is live or lose.

What it costs: your first month is free. After that $47 a month for founding members, locked at $47 for as long as you stay. There is an annual option that works out to two months free. Both numbers are on the page.

Education and community. Not medical care. It does not replace your own physician.

The first session is Friday, September 18 at 3 PM PT / 6 PM ET, free for everyone. Come and see it before you decide anything.

Knowledge is power. Experience is platinum.

It is 2 AM. You have a question about your lupus, your labs or your new medication. You have two options.

A Facebook group. Kind people who have been where you are. That matters, and I will never dismiss it. But one person's experience is not a pattern, and nobody there can tell you whether what you just read is true.

An AI chatbot. Fast and confident, with an answer for everything. But it has never sat across from a patient or followed someone through a flare. It has never watched a medication work in one person and fail in another. It can repeat what is written. It cannot tell you what usually happens, what is rare, and what is worth taking to your own doctor.

The Remission Circle is different.

Three physicians answer your questions:

Dr. Diana Girnita: double board-certified rheumatologist, PhD in immunology
Dr. Vishnuteja Devalla: rheumatologist focused on the gut–immune connection
Dr. Mirela Titianu: menopause, obesity and lifestyle medicine

We are real doctors with real clinical experience, and between us we have spent many years treating autoimmune disease.

Inside the Circle:

A live monthly session, built from members' questions
Written Q&A answered by a physician, not a bot or a stranger
A replay library of every session
A community of people who understand, with doctors in the room

Information is everywhere. Judgment comes from years of caring for patients. That is what we bring.

What actually works for knee arthritis β€” without pills or injections?

Here's what I recommend in clinic, ranked honestly. 🦡

πŸ’Š Voltaren / diclofenac gel β€” the strongest of the group, and the one I recommend first. It's an NSAID you rub on, so it works right at the joint with far less stomach and kidney risk than a pill. FDA-approved over the counter. Give it 7 days of consistent use before you judge it.

🌢️ Capsaicin cream β€” from chili peppers. It doesn't mask pain, it quiets the pain signal. Expect burning the first week or two β€” that's normal, and it fades. Apply consistently and wash your hands.

πŸ”₯ ThermaCare / heating pad β€” heat relaxes the muscles around the knee and loosens stiff joints. Best BEFORE you move: morning, or before a walk. 15–20 minutes. If your knee is hot and swollen, use ice instead.

❄️ Icy Hot β€” menthol. Honest truth: it feels great and it's the weakest of the group. It's a distraction signal, not an anti-inflammatory. Fine for comfort, not a treatment plan.

🦡 Knee sleeve / brace β€” compression improves stability and how confident you feel walking. If your arthritis is on one side of the knee, an unloader brace can genuinely shift weight off the worn side. Ask before you spend money on the expensive one.

🧠 The part nobody wants to hear: the single most effective treatment for knee arthritis isn't in this video. It's your quadriceps. Strengthen the muscle around the joint and everything on this list works better.

And if your knee is swollen, hot, locking, or giving out β€” or both knees flare together β€” that's not wear-and-tear. That's a reason to be seen.

The problem with healthcare today? You wait months to see a specialist. The appointment lasts about 12 minutes. Your labs come back and nobody explains them. You start a new medication and wonder whether what you feel is normal.
Then you go home. The real questions start in the car, and there is nowhere for them to go for the next 90 days. So you search online, join groups, and read things that frighten you more than they help.
This is not a complaint about doctors. It is a complaint about the clock.
The solution: Patients need a trusted place between appointments. It should be led by physicians, give honest answers, and let them learn at their own pace.

What is The Remission Circle?

Meet the three of us, see how the Circle works, and bring your questions.

The Remission Circle is education and community, not medical care.

09/15/2026

I would rather tell you not to join than have you join for the wrong reason.

Who The Remission Circle is not for:

You need a diagnosis and a treatment plan of your own. That is medical care and it needs someone to examine you β€” your own physician, or our Care Pathway. Not this.
You are hoping someone will tell you to stop your medication. We will never do that. Nobody in that room has examined you.
Something is urgent right now. A new headache at your temple with jaw pain while chewing. Any sudden change in vision. Chest pain. A high fever on a biologic. Those are same-day problems β€” your doctor or an emergency room, not a community.
You want a cure, a protocol, or a supplement stack to buy. We sell nothing in there and promise no outcomes. What you get is understanding. That is the whole offer.
After the free month it is $47 a month. If that is not something you can comfortably spend, please don't. Take the free newsletter. I mean that. And do not use the free month and then feel bad about leaving β€” that is what it is for.

One thing that does not disqualify you: not having a diagnosis. If you are still looking for one, you are exactly who we built it for.

If none of those five describe you, come Friday, September 18 at 3 PM PT / 6 PM ET. Free and open to everyone.

Education and community. Not medical care. Please talk to your own physician about your own case.

Does turmeric cure arthritis? Can I use it instead of my medication?

Honest answer: no. Turmeric can help inflammation. It cannot stop your immune system from damaging your joints.

Love that you're asking, though β€” here's the real version.

Turmeric (curcumin) and omega-3 fish oil do have genuine anti-inflammatory data. Studies show modest improvement in pain and stiffness for some people. That's real, and it's worth something.

But "helps symptoms" and "cures disease" are not the same sentence.

What supplements do NOT do:
Stop the autoimmune process driving rheumatoid arthritis
Prevent joint erosion or permanent damage
Replace a DMARD, methotrexate, or a biologic
Show up on your X-ray as protection

Also worth knowing: curcumin is poorly absorbed on its own, it can interact with blood thinners, and high-dose turmeric supplements have been linked to liver injury in some cases. Natural does not mean risk-free.

Use them to support your treatment. Not to replace it.

That's not me defending pharma. That's me trying to keep your joints.
