A lot of people think they need to do all of this to be healthy. You don’t.
From a medical standpoint, nothing here is harmful. If it helps you stay consistent and feel good, that matters.
But anytime I hear “detox” or “removing toxins,” I’m cautious. Your body already does that — your liver and kidneys handle it.
Most of these add-ons just don’t have strong evidence behind them.
What I do like:
Morning sunlight → supports your circadian rhythm
Daily movement → simple, effective, necessary
Gratitude + journaling → proven impact on mood and mental health
That’s your real foundation.
