So good and surprisingly easy to make. Definitely staying in the dinner rotation.

It’s Taco Tuesday! We had the pleasure of trying for the first time while we were in LA and let me just say they did not disappoint 🙌🏽😋

Nothing makes this mama’s heart happier than fueling my little athlete with real, nourishing goodness! Today’s lunch lineup: crisp apples, avo toast with a sprinkle of vegan feta, and his favorite—Kiki Milk. Knowing he’s getting all the plant-based nutrients he needs (plus some he didn’t know he needed!) keeps him fueled and focused through school and his activities.
