The type of massage that I give is a deep tissue massage with a gentle quality. Its nurturing in nature and specific to each person that I work with. The goal with everyone that I work with is to relieve chronic pain permanently and to reach a state of relaxation so that the healing can begin. I believe that most chronic pain is related to a life event or an emotion. Specifically I am trained in S

wedish massage, hot stone massage, and Reiki (energy work). Also, I have experience with trigger point and cranial sacral therapy. The energy work that I do has been described as very relaxing, bringing joy, and adding a whole new level to the physical massage. Currently I am offering energy work during the massage, on its own, or from a distance.

Hello sweet massage community.....
Update:
As most of you know we are in the midst of phase 1 reopening and massage was included on the list of personal services that could open as of May 15, 2020.
I wanted to let you all know that I am currently researching all the safety issues and gathering all of the supplies needed to reopen my practice within the guidelines of the OHA. This is going to be a process and it will take me some time. I am unsure at this point when I will reopen my practice. For your safety and mine I feel that it is best to wait and see how Phase 1 unfolds and what we learn in the coming weeks.
I miss you all so much and can not wait to see your wonderful faces again. Much love and many blessing. I will reach out again in a couple of weeks.

After much rumination and article reading I have decided to shut down my massage business for an undetermined amount of time.
