Warrior Of The Month

Congratulations Thomas Zastera for being nominated Warrior Of The Month!

Thomas has been attending our program since he was 12 years old and now at age 15 continues to come weekly to strength training and do Muay Thai classes!

Thomas has grown physically, mentally and is an incredibly smart young man! We are so proud of you and your effort. In a world where many kids lack movement, lack purpose and lack confidence, you have won the battle!

Today we had a great group of TFW Warriors celebrate those who have given their lives for our freedom we all enjoy! Thank you to our fallen heroes.

So you are 70 something...

It is never to late to start getting your strength back. The risks of not engaging in regular strength training are far greater than actually doing some weight workouts.

Fighting off the weakness that comes with aging will be a wise investment of your time and energy. You will find that daily tasks will become easier and your life more vital. Stop sarcopenia in it's tracks and get strong!
