Tena Hosie received her canine rehabilitation certification from The Canine Rehabilitation Institute in Loxahatchee, Florida, in January 2007. Tena completed a working internship in canine rehabilitation at Veterinary Orthopedic Sports Medicine in Maryland from July, 2006 thru November of 2006. Prior to specializing in canine rehab, Tena received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy f
rom the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine in 1992. She has practiced physical therapy for the last 22 years in Maine, New Hampshire, Utah and Maryland. She has practiced in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation. Tena enjoys skiing, kayaking, scrapbooking and spending time with her husband and two four legged daughters, Sophie and Ruby.
