It is with a heavy heart that I have to postpone this week’s yoga class due to a death in our family. ❀️πŸ₯€

This is my husbands grandparents Momken and Popken, who has passed away. Popken was a sweet man I am grateful to have known and I will miss him. Keep Momken in your prayers as she navigates her life without him. πŸͺ½

Thank you all so much for your patience, kindness, and understanding. We will resume class next Tuesday May 19th, and I’m looking forward to being back together then. πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Hi friends 🀍

As many of you know, I was unexpectedly hospitalized last week and had abdominal surgery on Friday. I’m home now and healing, but I’ll need about 6 weeks before I’m cleared to return to teaching.

Rest isn’t always the easiest practice β€” especially for someone who loves to move β€” but right now it’s mine. I’m grateful for your understanding and support while I focus on healing fully.

I can’t wait to be back on the mat with you soon. Until then, take a deep breath for me. πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈβœ¨
