✨ I'm Back... and Looking Forward to Seeing You! ✨

As many of you know, I took some time off during July.

I practiced what I so often encourage all of you to do—I slowed down, stepped away, and gave myself permission to rest. Life had become a little overwhelming, and I needed time to recalibrate.

I'm happy to say that I'm back to my regular schedule and feeling refreshed as I look ahead to what's next!

💛 **Caregiver Support Group Returns!**

Our next discussion will focus on **Managing Stress as a Caregiver**.

If you're caring for a loved one, or know someone who is, I would love for you to join us. Caregiving can be an incredibly lonely journey, and sometimes the greatest comfort comes from being in a room with people who truly understand.

🧘 **Yoga Update**

Our yoga classes were originally scheduled to begin in July, but because I was away, they had to be postponed.

I'm thinking about offering a **6-week outdoor series** so we can still enjoy practicing together before the cooler fall weather arrives.

If you're interested, send me a message! If there's enough interest, I'll put together the schedule.

Thank you all for your kindness, patience, and encouragement while I took the time I needed to recharge. 💛

Sometimes the best way to care for others is to first give yourself permission to rest.

Next week, 7/25/2026, I will be adding Ssturdays back onto my schedule. But will continue to have Tuesday and Thursday closed. If you are interested in a Saturday appointment, please let me know.

I will be returning to the office e Monday, July 13. However, next week, I will only be working Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I will reach out to everyone that needed canceled these past two weeks and return phone calls and messages on Monday. Monday, I will also be resuming the Caregiver Support Group and Wednesday will be the first night of yoga.
I am looking forward to seeing you all again soon.
